Platinum Series models are offered with digital or computer controls for programmed cook cycles and recovery timing, while the Goldenfry and SilverPLUS units keep the controls simpler for straightforward frying. Split pot options such as the AGP55T and AEP14T divide a single vat so chips and crumbed product can be run at once without flavour transfer. Gas tube models suit sites with gas already run to the cooking line; the electric AEP models suit kitchens where gas is not available. Model sizes step up through the AEP14 and AEP18 electric units and the AGP55, AGP60W and AGP75 gas units, so a single fryer or a battery of matched vats can be specified.
