Its frontal simmering zone spans 100°C to 280°C, and the rough brushed chrome surface is resistant to scratches, with a standard scraper included. It can be mounted on open base cupboards, bridging supports, or cantilever systems. Practical features include a large drain hole for efficient fat drainage into a 1-liter collector, with an optional grease collection container. Safety is ensured with a stainless steel high splash guard, removable for easy cleaning, and piezo spark ignition. The gas appliance is suitable for natural or LPG gas, with included conversion jets.
