The Blue Seal Evolution IN514R3F-B is a versatile 4-zone induction cooktop designed for bench mounting, offering a combination of heating zones for diverse cooking options. It features 2 x 3.5kW round heating zones on the left-hand side (LHS) and 2 x 5kW full-area heating zones on the right-hand side (RHS). The cooktop includes a 6mm thick ceramic glass cooking surface with automatic pan detection that switches off the induction zone when the pan is removed, ensuring safety. The user-friendly design incorporates large control knobs with infinitely variable power controls for each induction zone, while heating ON pan detection/error indicator lights provide operational feedback. The appliance is built with heavy-duty construction for durability and is designed for easy cleaning, installation, and service. An additional option allows for a full-area induction on LHS and round induction on RHS, providing flexibility based on specific cooking needs.
