The Blue Seal Evolution GE54C is a versatile cooking solution designed for professional kitchens, featuring a 2-burner cooktop with a 300mm griddle and a 1/1 GN electric convection oven. The two 28MJ/hr open burners, along with a 20MJ/hr griddle burner, provide powerful and precise heat control with a thermostatic range of 50-320°C. The heavy-duty stainless steel finish ensures durability and a sleek appearance, complemented by flame failure protection on all burners for enhanced safety. The removable heavy-duty cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot stands facilitate easy cleaning, while the heavy-duty reinforced control knobs offer robustness. The unit includes a drop-down door with a welded frame, a cool-touch stainless steel door handle, and a fully welded and vitreous enamelled oven liner for user convenience. Designed with adjustable feet and two additional rollers, the range ensures easy installation and service in busy kitchen environments, with the griddle positioned on the right-hand side as a standard feature.
