The Blue Seal Evolution G508B is a high-performance gas oven range equipped with a 4-burner cooktop and a 600mm griddle on a gas range static oven. The 4 x 28MJ/hr open burners and 2 x 20MJ/hr griddle burners, featuring flame failure protection, provide precise temperature control within the 80-300C thermostatic range. This versatile unit includes a convenient storage cabinet on the right-hand side for added functionality. Its heavy-duty stainless steel finish, along with removable cast iron burners and vitreous enamel pot stands, ensures durability and easy maintenance. The G508B is designed with user-friendly features such as heavy-duty reinforced control knobs, a drop-down door with a welded frame, and adjustable feet with 2 additional rollers. The fully welded and vitreous enamelled oven liner, cool-touch stainless steel door handle, and easy clean design enhance safety and serviceability. The griddle on the right-hand side comes as standard for added cooking flexibility.
