The Blue Seal Evolution E506S is a versatile 6 Hot Plate Sealed Hob Oven Range designed for professional kitchens. Featuring a 6 cooking zone electric cooktop on an electric range static oven, it is equipped with 6 x 2.6kW cast iron hot plate elements with thermal protection. The electric static oven includes a 4.5kW bottom heat element and a 2.5kW top heat element. The cast iron hot plate elements offer precise control with a 6 heat position switch. The range also provides a 2/1 GN capacity with 4 position racking, 50-320°C thermostatic control, a vitreous enamelled control panel, large easy-use control knob with heat-resistant reinforcement, power indicator light for each element control, aluminised steel internal construction, fully welded and vitreous enamelled oven liner, a heavy-duty stainless steel finish, and is designed for easy cleaning, installation, and service.
