The Blue Seal Evolution E506C is a versatile 4 Radiant Element with 300mm Griddle Oven Range designed for professional kitchens. It features a 4 radiant element cooktop with a 300mm griddle on an electric range static oven, along with a 2/1 GN electric static oven. The appliance is equipped with 4 x 2.4kW open radiant elements, 1 x 3.4kW griddle element, and a 6.5kW oven heating element for a range of cooking options. The oven includes a six-temperature setting simmer feature, GN 2/1 capacity with 4 position racking, and heavy-duty stainless steel finish. Reinforced control knobs, a drop-down door with a welded frame, and a fully welded and vitreous enamelled oven liner ensure durability. Additional features include a cool-touch stainless steel door handle, adjustable feet with 2 additional rollers, and easy cleaning, installation, and service. Optional hot plate elements are available, and the griddle is positioned on the right-hand side as standard.
