Warranty:

Our new products are fully covered by manufacturer’s warranties, giving you peace of mind.

For 2nd hand refrigeration, we arrange a qualified service mechanic to respond to your equipment issues.

Terms:

DHT Solutions reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.
Prices displayed are correct when displayed on the website.
Items displayed on our website are subject to availability.
All prices displayed on our website exclude GST.
All prices quoted are ex warehouse and do not include delivery.

Payment:

50% with order to hold stock. The balance of clear funds needs to be received prior to delivery.

No credit card facilities available, EFT only. However we do offer a finance option with Silverchef.

Deliveries.

Monday to Friday deliveries only, deliveries take place between 8am and 4pm for metro areas. Weekend deliveries can be arranged at extra cost prior to delivery. No goods will be dispatched until paid in full via clear funds.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed at a specific time. Extra charges will apply if deliveries are required at a specific time

Metro deliveries in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane usually take place within 2 business days. However, please allow up to 7 days for country deliveries and up to 14 days for regional. Please contact DHT Solutions to confirm when we deliver to your area and a price for the delivery.

Freight will be charged on all orders, and will be quoted and confirmed prior to dispatch. Sometimes pick up is available from the respective warehouse, but all equipment must be transported upright, otherwise the manufacturer can void the warranty.

Equipment for sale on the DHT Solutions website does not include delivery charges or GST.

DHT Solutions will contact you with a freight quote. Prior to processing your order and receiving payment, DHT Solutions will advise your delivery fee and check if stock is available.

Freight for bulk deliveries can be quoted upon request.

All deliveries are based on a time allowance of 15 minutes to ground floor – street level delivery. If you require your goods to be taken up stairs, in a lift, over a counter, or height restrictions apply. DHT Solutions must be notified beforehand and quoted accordingly.

If DHT Solutions is not notified of your special requirements prior to delivery, the transport company may refuse to deliver, the goods will be brought back to the warehouse and new delivery arrangements will be made for your special delivery – extra redelivery costs apply.  Alternatively the transport company will leave your goods in an accessible position onsite, you can then make your own arrangements to position as required, or arrangements can be made for a technician or transport company to return and position in your nominated area; extra charges apply if required to attend for a second visit.

Goods are not insured when they are delivered on behalf of customer by DHT Solutions. However, arrangements can be made prior to delivery, and the customer will be charged an extra fee for insurance to be included. If no insurance arrangement is made before delivery, DHT Solutions will not be responsible if goods are damaged in the course of delivery.
