Diana was approached to assist the lovely owners of Firebird Charcoal chicken to complete the equipment fit out of their charcoal chicken shop. The owner has 27+ years’ experience in the industry as a chef, so you always knew the quality of food was going to be excellent. Sure enough the chickens and lamb cooked on traditional charcoal style are always moist and delicious, the salad selection is expansive and features some very unique and tasty salads which go far beyond the standard Greek and coleslaw selection.
