The first Yum Cha Trolley to be certified and approved by the Australian Gas Association (AGA), designed and produced to address the concerning number of non-compliant trolleys being imported & illegally used in Australia. It is the only legal gas trolley on the market (approved for use by all Australian and NZ state regulators). Features dead man brakes and tilt sensors for added safety, engineered with an air cooling design to keep all external panels within ‘accidental touch’ temperature thresholds.

Integrated tilt sensors automatically shut off gas burner if trolley is tilted greater than 45 degrees in any direction
Combination of air cooling design and insulated panels keeps external surfaces below accidental touch’ thresholds
Secured gas bottle housing positioned as a separate compartment to the burner area, unlike imported designs
Designed to fit a combination of up to 8 standard sized 5” and 6.5“ bamboo baskets, with stacking height of up to 4
