The Zanussi EVO700 283019 is a 600mm 3 Open Sides Salamander featuring two independent high-efficient tungsten filament heating elements for rapid heating. With a quick heat-up time of about 20 seconds, it has a cooking plate size of 600×350 mm (accepts GN 1/1). The salamander is equipped with a touch-controlled plate detecting bar that activates the unit when the plate is placed and turns it off when removed. The control panel includes a knob and digital display for setting cooking time, with a timer range of 0 to 99 minutes. The salamander is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, has air vents for heat and smoke evacuation, a removable stainless steel drip tray, and a movable upper plate. It includes a chromium-plated steel grid with a safety stop and can be tabletop or wall-mounted with a dedicated accessory. The unit is supported by four rubber feet.
