The Zanussi EVO700 372086 is a 400mm Scuttle Top Chip Warmer, ideal for countertop installation and recommended for placement next to a fryer to catch excess oil in the well basin. Equipped with infrared heating elements positioned at the back, it keeps servings warm until ready for plating. The well accommodates a 1/1 GN container with a maximum height of 150 mm. Featuring an easy-to-use control panel, the unit includes a perforated GN 1/1 false bottom for convenient food collection. The front-accessible major compartments facilitate maintenance, and the chip warmer is constructed with a one-piece pressed 1.5 mm Stainless Steel worktop. It holds an IPX4 water resistance certification, and all exterior panels are finished in Stainless Steel with Scotch Brite detailing.
