The Blue Seal Evolution E47-7 is a high-performance 450mm single pan pasta cooker with notable features. Its 40-liter water capacity and 7kW incology 825 heating element ensure efficient cooking, while the thermostat control range of 30°C to 110°C provides precise temperature management. The unique pan design, made of easy-to-clean 316-grade stainless steel, is complemented by an integrated water fill and starch skimming faucet. Safety features include a cut-out thermostat for an empty pan or water boil out. The cooker’s design incorporates a fine adjustment water faucet for pan filling, an integrated basket drain stand, and adjustable feet with additional rear rollers for convenience. Supplied with 6 stainless steel pasta baskets.
