The Zanussi EVO700 372332 is a countertop 400mm fry top with a ribbed brushed chrome plate, featuring a frontal simmering zone (120°C to 280°C). The rugged brushed chrome surface resists scratches and facilitates easy cleaning, with a standard scraper included. Infrared heating elements are mounted below the cooking surface. Suitable for open base cupboards, it includes a large drain hole for efficient fat drainage into a 1-liter collector, and an optional grease container. Safety features comprise a thermostat, removable stainless steel high splash guard, and IPX 4 water protection. The unit has a completely ribbed 12mm thick brushed chrome cooking surface, stainless steel exterior with Scotch Brite finishing, a one-piece pressed 1.5 mm stainless steel worktop, and right-angled side edges for seamless joints, minimizing gaps and potential dirt traps.
