The refrigerated base offers a temperature range of -2 to +8°C, making it Tropical Climate rated. Additionally, the unit features two GN 1/1 drawers with a 100mm deep pan capacity for convenient storage. The E516C-RB boasts a heavy-duty stainless steel finish, reinforced control knobs, adjustable feet, and 2 additional rollers for stability and easy mobility. It is designed for easy cleaning, installation, and service, and provides the option for additional hot plate elements.
