The Zanussi EVO900 392331 is a 400mm Single Well Fryer with a 23L capacity, featuring thermostatic regulation of oil temperature up to 190°C. It offers optional portable oil quality monitoring for efficient oil management. The deep-drawn V-shaped well includes high-efficiency 20 kW burners in stainless steel, each with a flame failure device. Overheat protection thermostat is standard, and major compartments are conveniently located in the front for easy maintenance. The unit comes with piezo spark ignition for added safety, 2 half-size baskets, and 1 right-side door for a cupboard. With a depth of 900mm, it provides a larger working surface area, supported by four 50mm stainless steel legs. The interior well has rounded corners for easy cleaning, and all exterior panels have a Stainless Steel finish with Scotch Brite detailing. The model’s right-angled side edges allow flush fitting joints between units, eliminating gaps and potential dirt traps.
