The Zanussi EVO700 372070 is a 400mm Single Well Fryer with a 15L capacity and an optional oil quality monitoring tool for efficient management. Mounted on adjustable stainless steel feet, it features a V-shaped well with two 7 kW burners, thermostatic oil temperature regulation, flame failure devices, and overheat protection. The unit has easy maintenance with front-located compartments, piezo spark ignition, and drainage into a container. Suitable for natural or LPG gas, it has IPX 4 water protection, rounded corners for easy cleaning, and Stainless Steel panels with Scotch Brite finishing. The right-angled side edges allow flush fitting joints, reducing gaps and dirt traps.

Two high efficiency 7 kW burners in stainless steel with flame failure device attached to the outside of the well.
Thermostatic regulation of oil temperature up to a maximum of 185 °C.
Flame failure device on each burner.
Overheat protection thermostat as standard on all units.
Oil drains through a tap into a drainage container positioned under the well.
All major compartments located in front of unit for ease of maintenance.
