The Blue Seal Evolution E516S-RB is a versatile 6 Hot Plate Sealed Hob Cooktop designed with a refrigerated base for added functionality. This electric cooktop features 6 cooking zones with 2.6kW cast iron hot plate elements, each equipped with thermal protection for reliable performance. The self-contained suite includes a matched modular refrigerated base with a ventilated system using R134a refrigerant, capable of maintaining a temperature range of -2 to +8 degrees Celsius (Tropical Climate rated). The refrigerated base features two GN 1/1 drawers with a 100mm deep pan capacity and is equipped with a digital control electronic thermostat with automatic defrost. The cooktop section includes a vitreous enamelled control panel, large heat-resistant reinforced control knob, and power indicator lights for each element. The overall construction involves aluminised steel internals and a heavy-duty stainless steel finish, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning. This unit is designed for easy installation and service in commercial kitchen environments.
