The Blue Seal Evolution E56C is a high-performance 4 Radiant Element with 300mm Griddle Convection Oven Range, designed for professional kitchen environments. It features a 2/1 GN electric convection oven paired with a cooktop that includes 4 x 2.4kW open radiant elements and 1 x 3.4kW griddle element. The griddle is positioned on the right-hand side as standard, offering flexibility in cooking. The convection oven, equipped with a 6.5kW heating element, provides precise temperature control with six settings, including a simmer setting. The oven interior accommodates GN 2/1 trays with 4 position racking for versatile cooking options. The unit has a robust heavy-duty stainless steel finish, reinforced control knobs, and a drop-down door with a welded frame for easy access. The fully welded and vitreous enamelled oven liner ensures straightforward cleaning, and the cool-touch stainless steel door handle enhances safety. Adjustable feet and two additional rollers facilitate easy installation, mobility, and service. Optional hot plate elements can be added for expanded cooking capabilities.
