The Blue Seal Evolution E56B is a versatile 2 Radiant Element with 600mm Griddle Convection Oven Range designed for commercial kitchens. This electric range features a 2/1 GN electric convection oven paired with a cooktop that includes 2 x 2.4kW open radiant elements and 2 x 3.4kW griddle elements. The griddle is positioned on the right-hand side as standard, providing a flexible cooking space. The convection oven is equipped with a 6.5kW heating element and offers six temperature settings, including a simmer setting for precise control. The oven interior accommodates GN 2/1 trays with 4 position racking, allowing for versatile cooking options. The unit has a robust heavy-duty stainless steel finish, reinforced control knobs, and a drop-down door with a welded frame for easy access. The fully welded and vitreous enamelled oven liner ensures straightforward cleaning, and the cool-touch stainless steel door handle enhances safety. Adjustable feet and two additional rollers facilitate easy installation, mobility, and service. Optional hot plate elements can be added for expanded cooking capabilities.
