The Zanussi EVO700 372007, an 800mm Target/Solid Top Cooktop, is designed for countertop installation, featuring a 7 kW gas-heated central burner with a durable cast iron cooking plate. The plate can reach a maximum temperature of 500 °C at the center, gradually decreasing outwards. The central burner has optimized combustion, a flame failure device, and a protected pilot light. With temperature fine-tuning by zone, it provides temperature gradients to meet various cooking needs. The large surface area allows the use of various pan sizes simultaneously, facilitating easy movement without lifting. The unit ensures ease of maintenance with front-located compartments, IPX4 water resistance, Stainless Steel exterior panels with Scotch Brite finishing, a one-piece pressed 1.5 mm worktop in Stainless Steel, and right-angled side edges for flush fitting joints between units.
