Built for demanding kitchen environments, this waterless wok burner features a durable AISI grade stainless steel body with a heavy-duty mild steel internal frame. The unit is equipped with a long skirt, unflued 340mm cast iron ring and a 1.5mm thick one-piece machine-pressed top deck, ensuring long-lasting performance. The waterless design eliminates the need for deck cooling, reducing water use and maintenance. It includes a manually operated laundry arm and spindle, removable one-piece shelf, and a heavy-duty stainless steel lever-action gas control. For added safety, a flame failure device and pilot are included as standard. Cleaning is made easy with a front waste gutter, included waste shovel, and full front access for servicing.
