Built for high-performance steaming, this unit features a heavy-duty AISI grade stainless steel construction with a complete stainless steel cabinet frame. At its core is an 87.5MJ 18-jet Duck Bill burner, piloted by Piezo ignition, and a robust 2mm thick heat exchange chamber for rapid heat transfer. The 37L tank is supported by an automatic ball float refill mechanism for ease of use and includes an overheat protection device for safety. Steam is efficiently released through an omnidirectional conically perforated vent and a 7-hole perforated steaming plate. A flame failure device comes standard, and front access to all components ensures easy servicing.
