The Blue Seal Evolution SF90-CB is a 900mm solid fuel char grill with a cabinet base, designed for heavy-duty grilling in commercial kitchens. It comes in three modular width models and features a robust fire box with a 50mm thick refractory brick lining. The double skin 0.9mm stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability, while the heavy-duty stainless steel rod grates ensure efficient grilling. The open fire box is easy to clean, and the grill is fully modular for a coordinated kitchen finish. Optional GN 1/1 4-position racking kits are available for the 600mm and 900mm models. The appliance is supported by 63mm diameter heavy-duty 1.2mm stainless steel legs with adjustable feet, offering stability and flexibility in installation.
