The Seville township is situated in the Yarra Valley region, the client is well established in the area with a successful Butcher Shop & café, they have a passion for quality meat & local produce and decided to offer the township with a quality restaurant with a fully equipped bar.
DHT Solutions was approached to supply the complete kitchen & bar fitout for the new restaurant. We supplied the complete commercial kitchen line up & Dishwashing area, custom made Exhaust Canopies & benches to suit their requirements, plus some stock standard benches where possible. The kitchen had a full suite of Electrolux Cooking equipment and Williams preparation refrigeration installed. Kitchen also included a custom built Coolroom with Metro shelving for both Coolroom & dry area storage. The bar was fitted out with a Culinaire glasswasher, Ice-O-Matic icemaker & Williams Cameo back bar fridges to offer maximum display of drinks.
