Diana fitted out the first two GumTree supermarkets and was delighted to work with the same team again to fit out the third GumTree supermarket in South Yarra. The owners were happy with the look and feel of the last supermarket and requested the same refrigeration, but on a larger scale. Gum Tree Good Food was founded in 2009 and describes itself as a destination for food lovers with an extensive range of gourmet food products.
The new store at South Yarra has been fitted out with Arneg brand remote refrigeration, including the Lisbona open face fridges, Brema modular freezer and Zara self-serve and serve over deli fridges. DHT Solutions also supplied a custom built coolroom to suit their specific requirements.
